Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, teeth whitening products cannot be returned once opened or used.

We accept returns only if:

  • The item is unused and in original packaging

  • The return is requested within 14 days of delivery

Refunds

We offer refunds in the following situations:

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will offer a replacement or full refund.

Incorrect Item Received
If you receive the wrong product, we will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Minor delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Opened or used hygiene products

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this, orders are processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
